内容量　150g

国産１００％のはと麦です。
はと麦は100g中にタンパク質を13.3g含み、スーパー穀物とも言われるアマランサスやキヌアと比べるとやや劣るものの、穀物の中ではタンパク質の含有が高い食材です。食物繊維量が精白米の約2倍、そのほかにビタミンB1、鉄、マグネシウムなどのミネラルも含まれています。

いつものお米に2割程度を混ぜても美味しく頂けます。
はと麦は粒が大きく他の雑穀より固めなので、２時間程度水に漬けてから炊くと、プリプリの食感が味わえます。
（2割程度は目安です。お客様のお好きな割合でお召し上がりください。）
